How to Apply
Step:1 Select course and institute
The first step is to choose the course and institution aligned to your career plans or it may be advised by counselor ofiBridge Consultants. You may get further information regarding your course and institute from us
Step:2 Apply for the course
Once you have selected your institutions and courses, you can apply by submitting an application form, together with the relevant documents throughiBridge Consultants; your chosen institutions will review your application. If you meet their selection criteria they will make you an offer and issue you an offer letter.
Step:3 Check visa requirements
Check the student pass requirements and you will also be required to go for a medical check-up at Malaysian approved Panel Clinics.
Step:4 Apply for the visa approval
Once you accept the offer your education service provider/institute of higher education will apply for your Student Pass on your behalf. You will need to pay the visa processing fee at the same time as medical screening and immigration fees.
You should not submit your application for a Student Pass any earlier than 6 months before you intend to come to study in Malaysia. This is because the Visa Approval Letter is only valid for 6 months. If you do not enter Malaysia within 6 months, you may need to make a new Student Pass application. Alternatively, you can request for a visa approval extension, which is subject to Immigration approval.
Step: 5 Get your visa to apply
Once your VAL is approved, the next step is to plan your arrival in Malaysia. Students must also stamp their visa on their passport before entering into Malaysia.
